2、不鏽鋼切削刀具:前角,前角不易太大,一般取12--30°;前麵,前麵磨出月牙形導(dǎo)屑槽可改善切削條件;後角,對(duì)硬質(zhì)合金車刀,後角應(yīng)為6--10°,對(duì)高速鋼車刀,後角應(yīng)為8--12°;主偏角60--75°;副偏角,應(yīng)為8--20°;在粗車時(shí)應(yīng)大於零,在精車時(shí)應(yīng)小於零;刀尖半徑,一般為0.2--0.8mm。
